Any notice required to be published by the administrator -

(a)

under section 23(2)(b) (notice of address for members of the company to write for a copy of the administrator's statement of proposals), and

(b)

under section 25(3)(b) (notice of address for members of the company to write for a copy of the administrator's statement of proposed revisions to the proposals),

shall be inserted once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the newspaper in which the administrator's appointment was advertised.
