Paragraph 4 Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001
In regulation 2(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001 M1, in the definition of “prison”, for “section 4(9) of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000” substitute “ section 49(3) of the Investigatory Powers Act 2016 ”.
