Regulation 18 Determination of questionsI1

(1)

Any question arising under the AVC scheme is to be determined by the scheme manager.

(2)

The scheme manager must, in consultation with the Judicial Pension Board, establish a procedure for the determination of disputes relating to AVC members or other persons with an interest in the AVC scheme.

(3)

A procedure established under paragraph (2) must meet the requirements of section 50 (requirement for dispute resolution arrangements) of the Pensions Act 1995f1.
