Until the commencement of paragraph 125 of Schedule 32 to the Criminal Justice Act 2003—
paragraph 25 of F2Schedule 1 shall have effect as if the words “paragraph 18” were substituted for the words “paragraph 15”; and
paragraph 27 of F3Schedule 1 shall have effect as if the words “paragraph 4(5)” were substituted for the words “paragraph 4(6).”.
