Paragraph 11 Fencing and other means of enclosureI1

No part of the authorised development may be commenced until written details of all temporary and permanent fences or other means of enclosure required for the construction and or use of that part have been submitted to and approved in writing by the relevant planning authority.

Any temporary fencing must be removed on completion of construction of the authorised development.

Any approved permanent fencing comprised in the authorised development must be completed before those works are brought into use.
