Section 19 Power to maintain core paths etc.
The local authority may do anything which they consider appropriate for the purposes of—
(a)
maintaining a core path;
(b)
keeping a core path free from obstruction or encroachment;
(c)
providing the public with directions to, or with an indication of the extent of, a core path.
