Section 14F Supervisors on learner transportF1
(1)
Regulations may make provision for the supervision of learners using learner transport provided or otherwise secured by a relevant body.
(2)
Regulations under subsection (1) may (among other things)—
(a)
confer powers or impose duties on a relevant body;
(b)
make provision about training for persons supervising learners.
