Regulation 7 Information to accompany notice of hearingI1

(1)
The notice of hearing shall be accompanied by information regarding the following—
(a)
the rights of a party provided for in regulations 15 and 16;
(b)
the consequences if a party does not attend or is not represented at the hearing;
(c)
the procedure to be followed at the hearing;
(d)
any particular points on which the authority considers that it will want clarification at the hearing from a party.
(2)
In relation to hearings under the provisions listed in column 1 of the table in Schedule 3, the notice of hearing given to the persons listed in column 2 of the table shall also be accompanied by the documents listed in column 3 of the table.
