Paragraph 20 F1
“Local authority” means—
(a)
a local authority within the meaning of section 270 of the Local Government Act 1972;
(b)
the Greater London Authority;
(c)
the Common Council of the City of London;
(d)
the Council of the Isles of Scilly;
(e)
a National Park authority established by an order under section 63(1) of the Environment Act 1995 for an area in England or Wales;
(f)
the Broads Authority; and
(g)
the Sub-Treasurer of the Inner Temple or the Under-Treasurer of the Middle Temple.
