In subsection (1)—

(a)

after “section 212” insert “ made by the Welsh Ministers ”,

(b)

before “local authority” insert “ Welsh ”, and

(c)

for “the appropriate person” substitute “ the Auditor General for Wales ”.

(3)

Omit subsection (2).

(4)

In subsection (9) after “qualifying person” insert— “ Welsh local authority; ”.

(5)

Omit subsection (10).
