Regulation 6 Proceedings and validity of proceedings of auditor panelsI1

(1)
Subject to paragraph (2), an auditor panel may determine its own proceedingsf1.
(2)
In relation to any meeting of an auditor panel—
(a)
the quorum is three, and
(b)
the proceedings of the panel are valid if the majority of members present at the meeting are independent members of the panel.
