Rule 4
In rule 6 (nomination papers: descriptions), for paragraph (4)(b) substitute—
“(b)the description—
(i)consists of the registered name of each of the parties shown in either or both of the versions described in paragraph (5), or
(ii)is a description registered for use by each of the parties under section 28B of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000f1 (joint descriptions), and”.
