Standard NumberDescription of standard
1That, during the financial year beginning 1st April 2003, fifty percent of major applications must be determined within thirteen weeks.
2That, during the financial year beginning 1st April 2003, fifty five percent of minor applications must be determined within eight weeks.
3That, during the financial year beginning 1st April 2003, seventy percent of other applications must be determined within eight weeks.
