Regulation 8 Amendment of the Local Government (Structural Changes) (Further Transitional Arrangements and Staffing) Regulations 2009

The Local Government (Structural Changes) (Further Transitional Arrangements and Staffing) Regulations 2009^f1 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2)

In regulation 4 (preparation of reports and plans etc.)—

(a)

in paragraph (1)(c) for “84(2)(b)” substitute “84(2)”; and

(b)

in paragraph (2) for “12 months” substitute “24 months”.
