Regulation 18 Interpretation of Part 6I1

In this Part—

• “the 2004 Act” means the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004^f1;

• “joint committee” means a committee established by F2regulations made under section 15J(2), or treated as established by regulations made under section 15J, of the 2004 Act; and

• “related planning successor”, in relation to a predecessor council whose area is to become part of the area of only one single tier council on the reorganisation date, means that single tier council.
