Regulation 13 Amendments to the Knives (Forfeited Property) Regulations 1997

The Knives (Forfeited Property) Regulations 1997 M1 are amended as follows.

(2)

In regulation 2 (interpretation), in the definition of “the relevant authority”—

(a)

for paragraph (a), substitute—

“(a)
in relation to a police area in England and Wales, the local policing body (within the meaning of section 101(1) of the Police Act 1996);”;

(b)

omit paragraph (b).
