Regulation 14 Amendments to the Police (Property) Regulations 1997

The Police (Property) Regulations 1997 M1 are amended as follows.

(2)

In regulation 3, in the definition of “the relevant authority”—

(a)

for paragraph (a), substitute—

“(a)
in relation to a police area in England and Wales, the local policing body (within the meaning of section 101(1) of the Police Act 1996);”;

(b)

omit paragraph (b).
