Regulation 15 Amendment to the Health and Safety (Enforcing Authority) Regulations 1998

The Health and Safety (Enforcing Authority) Regulations 1998 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 4 (exceptions), in paragraph (3)(d), after “police authority” insert “ , a local policing body ”.
