The Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007 M1 are amended as follows.

In the table in Part 1 of Schedule 3 (classes of advertisement for which deemed consent is granted), in the entry for Class 10, for “police authority” (in each place) substitute “ local policing body ”.
