The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 is amended as follows.

In Part 5 of Schedule 9 (consultation with traffic commissioners about certain orders), in paragraph 31(b)—

(a)

after “an area which is” insert “ an integrated transport area or ”;

(b)

for “that passenger transport area” substitute “ that area ”.
