The Local Government Finance Act 1988 is amended as follows.

(2)

In section 88B(9) (relevant authorities for the purposes of special grants) for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b)

an Integrated Transport Authority for an integrated transport area in England.”.

(3)

In section 111(2) (relevant authorities for the purposes of Part 8 of that Act) for paragraph (i) substitute—

“(i)

an Integrated Transport Authority for an integrated transport area in England,”.
