(a)

for “The London Biodiversity Action Plan” (in the opening words) substitute “ The provisions of the London Environment Strategy dealing with biodiversity ”,

(b)

in paragraph (c), for “the London Biodiversity Action Plan” substitute “ those provisions of the London Environment Strategy ” and for “is required to consult” substitute “ has consulted or intends to consult ”, and

(c)

in paragraph (d), for “the London Biodiversity Action Plan” substitute “ those provisions of the London Environment Strategy ” and for “is required to be consulted by the Mayor” substitute “ who the Mayor has consulted or intends to consult ”.
