Section 353 (municipal waste management strategy) is amended as follows.

For the heading substitute “ The London Environment Strategy: municipal waste management ”.

In subsections (2), (3A) and (4) for “municipal waste management strategy” (in each place) substitute “ provisions of the London Environment Strategy dealing with municipal waste management ”.

Omit subsections (1), (4)(b) (with the preceding “and”) and (5) to (7).
