Paragraph 24 Surface and foul water drainageI1

No phase of the Bulls Lodge substation works may commence until written details of the surface water drainage scheme and (if any) foul water drainage system (which must be substantially in accordance with the outline drainage strategy) have been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority for that phase, such approval to be in consultation with Essex County Council as the lead local flood authority.

Any approved scheme must be implemented as approved and maintained throughout the construction and operation of the Bulls Lodge substation works.
