Paragraph 33 I1

Notwithstanding article 45 (service of notices), any plans submitted to National Grid by the promoter pursuant to paragraph 26(1) must be sent to National Grid Plant Protection at [email protected] or such other address as National Grid may from time to time appoint instead for that purpose and notify to the promoter in writing.
