(1)

Work Nos. 15, 16 and 17 must only be developed and used to have a direct relationship to and support the operation of Work Nos. 1 to 11 and 13.

(2)

Buildings comprised in Work Nos. 15, 16 and 17 must not be occupied before

(a)

the aerodrome is granted European Union Aviation Safety Agency or Civil Aviation Authority certification; and

(b)

the commencement of operation of Work No. 1 (or any part thereof).
