Article 46 Discharge of offshore chemicals and oilF1
—Article 4 applies to any activity in relation to which a permit is required under—
(a)
The Offshore Chemicals Regulations 2002f1, or
(b)
The Offshore Petroleum Activities (Oil Pollution Prevention and Control) Regulations 2005.
