Section 20 Requirement for licenceI1C1
No person may—
carry on a licensable marine activity, or
cause or permit any other person to carry on such an activity,
except in accordance with a marine licence granted by the Scottish Ministers.
Subsection (1) is subject to any exemptions and special cases provided for by virtue of sections 32 to 37.
