In regulation 7 (appointment of tribunal) of the Health Service Medicines (Price Control Appeals) Regulations 2000^f1, in paragraph (3)(b), for “incapacity” substitute “lack of capacity (within the meaning of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 (c.9))”.
