In regulation 2(4)(b), (5)(b) and (c) and (6) of the Merchant Shipping (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019^f1, for “exit day”, in each place it occurs, substitute “IP completion day”.
