Paragraph 4 Reports for meters examined and tested

In the case of a meter intended for use and tested with a transformer or transformers, the following additional information shall be included in the report–

(1)

the make, output rating, serial number and classification of each transformer to be used with the meter;

(2)

for a polyphase meter, the phase to which each transformer was connected;

(3)

particulars and electrical burdens of any other meter, instrument or external attachments that are to be used in conjunction with a transformer operated meter.
