Section 9 Interpretation.

In this Act the following expressions have the following meanings, that is to say—

• “theAct of 1960” means the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960;

• “theAct of 1968” means the Caravan Sites Act 1968;

• “mobile home” has the same meaning as “caravan” in Part I of the Act of 1960 as amended by the Act of 1968;
