Section 34 False or misleading statements or informationI1

(1)

A person who—

(a)

makes a false or misleading declaration or other statement under this Part knowing or believing it to be false or misleading, or

(b)

provides false or misleading information under this Part knowing or believing it to be false or misleading,

commits an offence.

(2)

A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
