Article 14 Access to worksI1

form and lay out and maintain means of access, or improve or maintain existing means of access for the purposes of the authorised project in the locations specified in Schedule 6 (access to works) and shown on the street works and access to works plan; and

with the approval of the relevant planning authority after consultation with the relevant highway authority in accordance with requirement 10 (highway accesses) of Schedule 2 (Requirements), form and lay out such other means of access or improve existing means of access, at such locations within the Order limits as the undertaker reasonably requires for the purposes of the authorised project.
