Paragraph 30 Landscape enhancement schemeI1

Work No. 1 must not be commenced until a scheme for the provision of landscape enhancement in accordance with the landscape enhancement scheme principles has been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority following consultation with Natural Resources Wales, the Isle of Anglesey County Council and Eryri National Park Authority.

The landscape enhancement scheme shall set out appropriate measures to compensate for the impact of the authorised development on the protected landscapes of the Isle of Anglesey National Landscape and Eryri National Park.

The landscape enhancement scheme shall be implemented as approved.
