Article 14 Procedure on revocation

(1)

If the FCA proposes to revoke the registration of a registered consumer buy-to-let mortgage firm other than at the firm's request or with the firm's consent, the FCA must give that firm a warning notice.

(2)

If the FCA decides to revoke the registration of a registered consumer buy-to-let mortgage firm other than at the firm's request or with the firm's consent—

(a)

the FCA must give that firm a decision notice, and

(b)

that firm may refer the matter to the Tribunal.
