Article 15 Suspension of registration
(1)
If it appears to the FCA that a registered consumer buy-to-let mortgage firm does not meet a condition in article 8(2) or (3) that applies to it, the FCA may suspend the registration of that firm for a specified period, until the occurrence of a specified event, or until specified conditions are complied with.
(2)
In this article “specified” means specified by the FCA in a notice given under article 16.
