Section 6 Appointment of members of the Board
(1)
The Chair and the other members of the Board—
(a)
are to be appointed by the F1Senedd Commission, and
(b)
are to hold office for a fixed term of five years from the date of their respective appointments.
(2)
No person may be appointed to be a member of the Board if that person has already been appointed to be a member of the Board on two occasions.
(3)
Schedule 2 makes further provision about the appointment of members of the Board.
