Article 34 Apparatus and rights of statutory undertakers in streetsI1

Where a street is altered or diverted or its use is temporarily prohibited or restricted under article 10 (power to alter layout etc. of streets), article 11 (street works) or article 13 (temporary stopping up of streets, public rights of way and access land) any statutory undertaker whose apparatus is under, in, on, along or across the street is to have the same powers and rights in respect of that apparatus, subject to Schedule 12 (protective provisions), as if this Order had not been made.
