The undertaker must not exercise the powers granted under this Order so as to hinder or prevent access to the Marlow Foods operations by Marlow Foods, its employees, contractors or sub-contractors, such access to be either along the existing highway route at Nelson Avenue, Billingham or such diversionary route as the undertaker may provide.
