a cost agreed with RBT for the daily use of the RBT site and RBT services in consequence of the construction of any works referred to in paragraph 177 and use of the RBT site by the undertaker; and

the reasonable costs and expenses incurred by RBT in connection with the approval of plans, inspection and approval of any works details.
