Paragraph 190 Authorisation of works details affecting pipelines or protected crossingI1

Before commencing any part of a relevant work the undertaker must submit to SABIC the works details in respect of any affected asset and obtain a written acknowledgement of receipt of those works details from the specified persons in relation to the affected asset concerned.

The undertaker must as soon as reasonably practicable provide such further particulars as SABIC may, within 30 days (or such longer period as is agreed between the parties) from the receipt of the works details under sub-paragraph (1), reasonably require.
