Paragraph 30 ArbitrationI1

Save for differences or disputes arising under paragraphs 22(2), 22(4), 23(1) and 24 any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and National Grid under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and National Grid, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 47 (arbitration).
