Paragraph 302 Consent under this PartI1

Any approval of Teesside Windfarm required under paragraph 300 must not be unreasonably withheld or delayed but may be given subject to such reasonable requirements as Teesside Windfarm may require to be made for—

(a)

the continuing safety, uninterrupted use and operational viability of the Teesside Windfarm operations; and

(b)

the requirement for Teesside Windfarm to have reasonable access with or without vehicles to inspect, repair, replace and maintain and ensure the continuing safety uninterrupted use and operation or viability of the Teesside Windfarm operations.
