Paragraph 324 Access for construction and maintenanceI1

No works affecting access rights over the access roads are to commence until 30 days after a copy of the approved construction access plan is served on HPU.

Where HPU or the undertaker refers the construction access plan to arbitration for determination under paragraph 330, no works affecting access rights over the access roads may commence until that determination has been provided.

In carrying out construction or maintenance works the undertaker must at all times comply with the construction access plan.
