Paragraph 34 On Street ApparatusI1

Except for paragraphs 35 (apparatus of National Gas in streets subject to temporary stopping up), 39 (retained apparatus), 40 (expenses) and 41 (indemnity) of this Schedule which will apply in respect of the exercise of all or any powers under this Order affecting the rights and apparatus of National Gas, the other provisions of this Schedule do not apply to apparatus in respect of which the relations between the undertaker and National Gas are regulated by the provisions of Part 3 (street works in England and Wales) of the 1991 Act.
