Paragraph 354 InterpretationI1

Except for paragraphs 354 (apparatus of statutory undertaker in stopped up streets), 358 (retained apparatus: protection), 359 (expenses) and 360 (indemnity), this Schedule does not apply to apparatus in respect of which the relations between the undertaker and Northern Gas Networks are regulated by the provisions of Part 3 of the 1991 Act.
