Paragraph 366 Works falling outside of development authorised by the OrderI1

Nothing in this F1Part of this Schedule shall require the undertaker to carry out works, or requires the undertaker to enable Northern Gas Networks to carry out works, that are not authorised by the Order. Northern Gas Networks must not request any alteration, diversion, protective work or any other work which is not authorised to be carried out under this Order (but for the avoidance of doubt, it may elect to carry out such works itself under any other planning permission, permitted development rights or statutory powers (including those of compulsory acquisition) available to it).
