Paragraph 377 I1

Following approval or deemed approval of the design package, the undertaker will submit any proposed changes (other than those which will have no adverse impact on the NSMP operations) to any of the documentation or drawings comprising the approved design package in accordance with the change approval process at paragraphs 382 to F1389 below and prior to the changes being implemented. The undertaker shall only implement such changes to the documentation or drawings (as applicable) as are agreed in writing in advance with the NSMP entity under the change approval process. Following any such changes to the design package having been approved or deemed approved the undertaker shall provide the NSMP entity with an updated electronic copy of the design package as changed.
