Paragraph 45 ArbitrationI1

Save for differences or disputes arising under paragraphs 37(2), 37(4), 38(1) and 39 any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and National Gas under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and National Gas, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 47 (arbitration).
